This question has two answers – depending on the circumstances. If a customer can share images of the plumbing problem, the workspace and any damage that’s taken place then we can do our best to provide an estimate over the phone. This costs nothing but time on the customer’s part as they need to get the right images and deliver them to us. If that’s an impossibility, we will discuss the costs of an inspection visit before sending a plumber to your property.
