“Saved Us Time”

“Vanguard fixed two of our toilets and did a great job. I really appreciated that Jan had me email photos of the problem and the space so he could give a preliminary estimate before coming out. It seemed like it saved both of us some hassle and guesswork.”

“100-Year-Old House”

“I bought a 100-year-old house with rusted, leaking kitchen piping, and these guys were able to fix the supply lines and entire kitchen stack within a couple of days and made sure I’ll have a functioning kitchen by the time I move in. They were very communicative and helpful through the whole process.”

“Team Was Awesome ”

“Yan and the team were awesome for our checklist of home plumbing issues. Everyone was kind, worked around our schedule, got in quickly, knew exactly what had to be done, came in under quote, and were quick to come back and make an adjustment when we needed it (our cheap toilet’s fault, not theirs). They’re going to be the first folks I reach out to when we inevitably need it.”

“Very Professional & Quick”

“Very professional and quick. I hadn’t expected same day service but got lucky. They had me take pictures of the equipment, which makes sense as it let them be better prepared. Guys unjammed the pump and replaced the switch. Reinstalled everything properly and cleaned up. Pricing seemed fair.”
